Purse $100,000. Six Furlongs. For Fillies And Mares, Three Years Old And Upward. Free nomination. $500 to enter with $100,000 Guaranteed. Supplemental nomination of $2,000 will be accepted at time of entry which shall include all fees. The purse to be distributed: $1,000 to all starters seventh through last. The remaining balance to be distributed: 60% to the winner; 20% to second; 10% to third; 5% to fourth; 3% to fifth; 2% to sixth. Weights: Three-Year-Olds 123 Lbs.; Older 125 Lbs. Non-winners of an unrestricted sweepstakes of $60,000 or more in 2024 allowed 3 Lbs.; Non-winners of three races other than Maiden, Claiming or Starter in 2024, 5 Lbs.; Two such races, 7 Lbs. First Preference to Graded Stakes winners in 2023-24; Second Preference to Graded Stakes placed horses and Stakeswinners in 2023-24; Third Preference to highest total earnings in 2023-24. Starters to be named through the entry box Monday, November 18, 2024 by the usual time of closing. Trophy presented to the Winning Owner.
